Our current mediation fees and the costs of any associated supporting documentation produced for you are shown in the green table below.

Paying for mediation
It is important that you understand the potential costs before starting, and we recommend that you also find out the costs of the alternatives (whether this is solicitor negotiation, or going to court) so that you can compare. Along with its other benefits, mediation will be a much cheaper option for most people.
Each session is charged individually, so you can keep control of the costs as you go along in this way. Payment for each session is due in advance.

Support with costs
If you are discussion arrangements for children, a £500 Family Mediation Voucher is available from the Ministry of Justice to support the costs of joint mediation sessions. (This doesn't cover the cost of the initial Intake Meeting or MIAM). Please ask us if you would like to know more.

Legal Aid in Mediation is also available to low-income individuals, however we are unfortunately not currently registered to offer our mediation services under the Legal Aid scheme. Click here to find out whether you may be eligible for Legal Aid in Mediation.
Session Fees

Intake Meeting (Mediation Information Assessment Meeting) (1 hour): £115 (online) / £135 (in-person) - fee includes provision of court form within 4 months of meeting

Mediation session (1.5 hours): £160 per person (online) / £180 per person (in-person) - fee includes provision of Post-Mediation Summary

Supporting Documentation Fees

Court form (C100/FormA) where more than 4 months since MIAM /last mediation meeting: £65
​
Protected Summary of Proposals: £180 per person
​
Open Financial Schedule (fee includes administration of financial disclosure): £150 per person
​
Parenting Plan: £110 per person​​

Payment
Session fees are due for payment 24 hours in advance of the session start time. An invoice will be provided at the time of session confirmation, along with full payment instructions. All supporting documentation is available upon payment of fee.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours before the session start time will be refunded in full.
Cancellations that are made between 24-48 hours before the session start time will be 50% refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be refunded.​
