Rebecca completed her Foundation Training in Family Mediation with the Family Mediators Association in 2024. After a year of working alongside experienced mediators in a busy practice, she set up Rowan Tree Mediation in order to offer family mediation services to families both locally (in Herefordshire and surrounding areas) and further afield.

As a Family Mediator registered with the Family Mediation Council, and a member of the Family Mediators Association, Rebecca works to a strict code of conduct, is committed to ongoing professional development, and undertakes regular professional supervision. She is  also working towards Accreditation status with the Family Mediation Council.

 

Rebecca brings a wealth of experience of working with families, organisations and professionals, with a background in midwifery, NHS management, systems and change management, family support and community projects. She is passionate about reducing conflict for children and families when they are going through a period of intense change and emotional and financial upheaval, and she feels privileged to be able to work with families through the process of family mediation.
